My home made Flying V Double Bass. Works Great. Pickup made in Canada, especially to fit the fingerboard. 5 strings! Super heavy low B makes your guts pop out.

I love making flyers. You need a small powerfull idea & you need it fast. Lots of people collecct them, though they're only around forr a week or two. I like this one a made two years ago, for the Amsterdam Dance Event.

Bigsby

Longlongloooong time ago Hoving & I (& Ruud & Sjoerd) had a rockabilly band named the Kittyhawk Bomber Billies. And we had a roadie who we named Bigsby. Bigsby started a webshop (www.debadkuipenkoning.nl) & I did the design. Great van, Swiss fire patrol Dodge.

Ayaan Hirschi Ali

I made these illustrations as a header for Vrij Nederland Magazine. Politicians Femke Halsema & Ayaan Hirschi Ali wrote letters to eachother. Illustration was turned down because Ayaan Hirschi Ali looked too black. Femke Halsema is pink in real life.

Mexico

I made one glyph for a pi font for the Mexican typographic club. Everybody then had to make a poster, using that pi font + another Mexican font. I used plenty of text, writing about the Zangeres zonder naam. Translation into Spanish done by Luis, a very talented, charming handsome sexy hot aaaah designer. The animation for Kijkwijzer is ready. Half a year ago... It's made using drawings made in Adobe Illustrator, photos of my little nephew & the use of the battleship Gallactica animation computer at Comic House. Who is my agent btw. He's very good with people and even better with money.

Haha! This I completely forgot. It's a sketch for a character which would be great to make into a doll with a 'floating' eye (you know the wobbly thing? no? aaah whatever...). Also fun to animate, especially his enormous eyelid whenever he blinks! His name would be Trecball or something (send me the way to spell it in a cool manner & win the first doll!).
